Baylor Wins Soccer Region Finale 4-0 At John Paul II

The Baylor girls soccer team earned 4-0 region win over John Paul II on Tuesday. 

Abbie Vibbert scored two first half goals in the 34th and 38th minute.  The second goal was assisted by Katelyn Smith. 

Cambell Green and Ara Rhodes scored the second half goals. 

"We have to do a better job of starting from the first whistle,"  Baylor's Curtis Blair said.  "We defended very well but still struggling to finish our chances."

Baylor's Peyton Randolph and Shannon Urey combined for three saves.  

Baylor improves to 7-6-4 overall and 2-1-3 in the region.  Baylor is the fifth seed going into the post season.  They will host Brentwood Academy on Friday at 4 p.m.
