Mark Litchford
Attorney Mark Litchford, a director at the law firm of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C., in Chattanooga, was named a “2016 Rising Star” and “Top Rated Personal Injury Attorney in Chattanooga", by Super Lawyers of Thomson Reuters.
Super Lawyers is a nationwide rating service that utilizes a selection process consisting of independent researchers, peer review nominations and evaluations to rate outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
To attain Super Lawyer status, attorneys must first be nominated by their peers in Tennessee and only five percent of the state’s attorneys make it through the multi-phased selection process.
Mr. Litchford has extensive trial experience and appellate practice in representing clients in both state and federal proceedings and has contributed to the firm’s growing practice of representing personal injury victims and their families, including victims of motor vehicle accidents, defective products, nursing home neglect, unsafe workplaces, medical malpractice, and insurer misconduct.
