Stallings, Jo Ann (Trenton)

Jo Ann Stallings, 81, of Trenton, Georgia, died on Friday December 2, 2016.

She was a retired school teacher from the Dade County Board of Education after 31 years of service and was a member of the New Home Baptist Church. 

Ms. Stallings was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Jewel Wrinkle.

Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years Jim Stallings; sons Chris Stallings and Scott (Lorraine) Stallings; eight grandchildren Elijah Stallings, Payton (Nathan) Kimbrough, Jesse (Jodi) Betts, Noah, Judd, Asa, Mady and Joel Stallings; sister Virginia Wrinkle.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hi-way By-way, PO Box 607, Hixson, TN 37343 or Gideon International. 

The family would like to give a special thanks to Tapestry Hospice and nurse Michelle Hollifield. 

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday Dec. 4 at New Home Baptist Church with Johnny Wooten and Horace Turner officiating. Interment will follow at New Home Baptist Cemetery.

will receive friends Saturday from 2-8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Ryan Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
