A fourth and fifth lawsuit have been filed in connection with the tragic Nov. 21 school bus wreck in Brainerd - these by Chattanooga attorney C. Mark Warren.

One is brought in behalf of Barbara Echols, mother of a seven-year-old boy who was on the bus and was injured.

Another is for Tanasia Williams, mother of a 10-year-old girl who was on the bus and was also hurt.

Six children were killed in the wreck on Talley Road.

The suits in Hamilton County Circuit Court are against Durham School Services, which operates most of the county school buses.

The cases are being assigned to Circuit Court Judge J.B. Bennett.
