The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team hits the road for a pair of matches this week.  The Mocs are looking for their first win of the spring when they visit Middle Tennessee and Austin Peay.

UTC takes on the Blue Raiders on Thursday, Feb. 4 at 4:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) at the Adams Tennis Complex in Murfreesboro, Tenn.  Chattanooga is 9-16 all-time against MTSU, but has won two of the last three.  The Mocs dropped a 5-2 home match last year.

Middle Tennessee is 2-4, with wins over Belmont and Kennesaw State.
Three of the losses have been against ranked teams, including No. 12 Miami (0-4), No. 69 Michigan State (1-4) and No. 22 TCU 9 (0-7).

The Mocs are off to an 0-3 start against a tough schedule, following Sunday's 4-0 loss to Tennessee.  Senior Kayla Jones is 1-0 at No. 1. She is teaming with senior Kelsey Coots at No. 1 doubles and they are 2-1 in the spring.

The Austin Peay match is Saturday, Feb. 6, at 1:00 p.m. in Clarksville, Tenn.  The Governors are 1-0 and host Dayton on Friday.  UTC is 10-2 all-time against APSU, including last year's 7-0 win at Manker Patten.
