Spencer Lee "Todd" Goins, 61, of Dunlap, Tennessee, died on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Hospice Care Center.
He was a member of Dunlap United Methodist Church, Dunlap Lodge 693 F & A.M., Technology Coordinator for the Sequatchie County School System, Machine Technician for Sequatchie County Election Commission, a gifted musician with an avid love of music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Virginia Goins.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Goins; daughter, Meredith Goins; son, Forrest Goins; brother, John (Melissa) Goins; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Feb.7, at 2 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Saturday, from 2-8 p.m. CST with a Masonic Service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel.
