BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has promoted Jasmine Mobley to director of talent management. In this role, she will be responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development and other human resources functions, including HR analytics and policies.
Ms. Mobley joined BlueCross in 2011 as manager of talent acquisition and has more than 15 years’ experience overall working in the human resources field. Since joining BlueCross, she has worked to streamline the recruitment process, increased focus on diversity and inclusion and played a key role in technology updates.
“Jasmine has an impressive record of accomplishment at BlueCross, and this promotion represents another step in her growth as a manager and strategist,” said Gary Steele, vice president of human resources for BlueCross.
“She will have an even greater impact in her new role.”
Mobley earned a master’s degree in human resources from Troy University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Montevallo.
