Choral Arts Concert, A Celebration Of American Song Set For Saturday

The Chorale Arts presents an evening of American music concert at 7 p.m. on Saturday, at Cadek Hall, Room 200 Recital Hall, The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, 615 McCallie Ave.  The program will include selections from the 18th century to the 21st, with composers from Billings to Barber to Brubeck.  

"Hear spirituals, folk songs, music of famous American composers, some jazz, and a local favorite as the finale.  We think you can guess which local favorite," officials said.

Admission is free.
