The Chattanooga Lookouts (9-13) held off the Montgomery Biscuits (12-9) to earn the 5-4 victory at home in front of 5,025 fans at AT&T Field.

Chattanooga's player of the game Mitch Garver, made his presence known early as he led off the second with a double. The bases became loaded after Jake Faria hit TJ White with a pitch and walked Joe Maloney.

Leo Reginatto took advantage of the juiced bases by striking a RBI single.

After a Shannon Wilkerson lineout Zack Granite hit a ground ball to plate TJ White. The third run of the inning then came on a Levi Michael RBI single.

Chattanooga's offense carried its momentum into the bottom of the third inning.  The team once again got the leadoff man on when White drew a walk.  White headed to second on a Joe Maloney single and scored on Reginatto's second hit of the game.  The team scored their fifth and final run of the day in the fourth on a RBI single by Travis Harrison.

The five run cushion proved to be enough for the Lookouts pitching staff.

David Hurlbut started and gave up just one run over the first six innings. He gave up seven hits, walked one and struck out six. Luke Westphal made his AA debut. He gave up one run on two hits in one inning. He also hit a batter and struck out two.
