Frank Hunter, 92, died on Thursday April 28, 2016.

Frank was born in Grove City, Pa., before residing in Soddy Daisy. He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran, served in World War II, and was a devoted member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church. 

Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary W Hunter. 

Survivors include his two sons, Byron Hunter (Susan) and David Hunter (Rebecca); as well as 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. 

Services will be held on May 2, at 11 a.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Reverend David McNabb presiding. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. with military honors.

The family will be receiving friends and loved ones at the funeral home from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on May 2.
