Frank Burtnett
Frank Clayton Burtnett, 83, of Ooltewah, died on Sunday, April 3, 2016, in a local hospital.
Frank retired from Parkview Memorial Hospital in Brunswick Maine as director of Human Resources and purchase officer and was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was also a member of the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Dana Burtnett and son, Steven Burtnett.
He is survived by his loving wife, Helen Burtnett, son, Douglas (Rae) Horton, brother, Larry (Clara Belle) Burtnett, and granddaughters, Marie and Shannon Horton.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m. at the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church with Elder Erling Odell and Elder Leclare Litchfield officiating. Burial will follow at the Collegedale Memorial Park.
