Margaret “Marie” Henderson, 82, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday April 6, 2016 in a Cleveland health care facility.

Mrs. Henderson was the daughter of the late Ava Dunn Hall and Joe Hall; and was also preceded in death by her son, Bruce Edward Moore; her sisters, Edith Mowery, Maggie Marler, Ruby Johnson and Reba Green; and her brothers, J. C. Hall, Lester Hall, Cecil Hall and Hoyt Hall.

Mrs. Henderson was a past employee of International Yarns and Charleston Hosiery Mills. She enjoyed the outdoors including working in her vegetable and flowers gardens and fishing. Mrs. Henderson attended the Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Paula Woodward and her husband Paul, Diane Tanksley and her husband Marvin all of Cleveland; her son, Jeff Moore and his wife Cyndi of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Brandon Tanksley, Jamie Tanksley, Matthew Woodward, Josh Moore, Jessica Amos, Misty Hicks and Christian Mowery; her five great-grandchildren; her sister, Melba Perry and her husband Robert; her special friends, Barbara Greer and Betty Emerson; and several nieces and nephews.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Friday, April 8, at 11 a.m. from the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Joe Lockman officiating. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Brandon Tanksley, Jamie Tanksley, Matthew Woodward, Josh Moore, Christian Mowery, Jessica Amos, Matthew Cross and Casey Hockman serving as casket bearers.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 7 at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
