Street Closings Announced For The Weekend

Here are upcoming street closings for the weekend:

Ragnar Relay: Friday, from 5 a.m.

until 2 p.m., the right westbound lane of Cummings Highway from Broad Street to Browns Ferry Road will be closed for runners.  CPD will direct traffic to help runners through the two railroad tunnels. Watch for relay team runners from Coolidge Park to the city limits as Ragnar Relay runners pass though Chattanooga.

 

Nightfall: Friday, Nightfall will take place from 5:30 p.m. until 11:59 p.m.  Market Street from 10th Street to 8th Street will be closed, and ML King Boulevard from Broad Street to Georgia Avenue will be closed. 

 

Reunion Dog Walk: Saturday, the right eastbound lane of North Access Road from Dupont Parkway to the railroad overpass will be closed from 8:30 until 10:30 a.m. for the Reunion Dog Walk.

 

Chattanooga Market: Sunday, from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m., Reggie White Boulevard will be closed from the entrance to the skate park to 19th Street.
