A Pollinator Rally will be held at Grace Episcopal Church on June 11

A Pollinator Rally will be held Saturday, June 11, from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 20 Belvoir Ave. 

Pollinator liturgy with free seeds and plants will begin at 8:30 a.m. 

Topics from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. will include "Native Pollinators", "Pollinator Decline and Role of Pesticides", "Honeybee keepers' Plants for Nectar and Pollen in Tennessee", "Ruby Throated Hummingbirds"  and an outdoor class on "How to Plant a Pollinator Garden" using certified Grace Butterfly Gardens. 

Garden and native plants vendors will be Reflection Riding, Trailhead Nursery and Belvoir Gardens. 

The event is sponsored by the Tennessee Aquarium, Tennessee Valley Chapter of Wild Ones and Grace Episcopal.
