Mildred Elizabeth Sample Ware, 95, of Decatur, Tennessee, died on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at her daughter's residence.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and transferred her membership to heaven in the presence of her Savior Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Ware; parents, Carl and Elizabeth Sample; baby sister and brother triplets, Roy Val, Ray Lyn and Ruth Tine; and siblings, Eva Haney, Nelle Sample, Wayne Sample, Edward Sample, Joyce Green and Bob Sample.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan and son-in-law Larry Rogers of Decatur, TN, Carol and Doyle Thomas of Copperhill, TN; grandchildren, Meloney Rogers, Gayla Renslow, Heith Rogers, John Thomas and Jeff Thomas; great-grandchildren, Zuri, Zake, Boe, Mac, Leia Renslow and Ryley Thomas.
Funeral Service will be Monday, May 23, at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Davis, Rev, Oran Creaseman and Rev. Jimmy McCarter officiating. Interment will follow at the Eastanalle Cemetery in Riceville, TN.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 23, from 12-2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Decatur.
