Michael S. Hendricks, 64, of Georgetown, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.
He was the son of the late Walter and Barbara Hendricks; and was also preceded in death by his common law wife, Jessie Huffaker; and step-sons, Ricky “Rocko” Huffaker, Garry Huffaker and Hal H. Huffaker Jr.
He is survived by his sister, Susan Bishop and her children, Christopher and Jeremy Bishop; his sister, Debbie McCann and her children, Krisha, Keri and Benjamin McCann; his step-daughter, Sandy Forquer and her husband Doug; his grandchildren, Kari Grady, Cassie Huffaker, Jason Huffaker, Tommy Huffaker, Holly Forquer and Tina Davis; and several great-nieces, great-nephews and great-grandchildren.
Michael was a big race fan and he work for Joe Lee Johnson at the Cleveland Speedway back when it was a thriving attraction in the Cleveland Area.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, May 26 at the Companion Funeral Home on Georgetown Road.
The visitation will end with A Remembrance of Life service with Rev. Gary Nelson officiating.
