Crye-Leike, Realtors announced that Jeff Dedmon of Ringgold, has transferred from Crye-Leike’s Fort Oglethorpe, branch office to its East Brainerd office in Chattanooga.
Mr. Dedmon has over six years of real estate sales experience. As a realtor and affiliate broker, he serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County, and Walker and Catoosa counties. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, He specializes in residential real estate as well as commercial, investment properties, first-time home buyers, relocation, new home construction, farm and land and condominium and town homes.
Mr. Dedmon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors.
He has a proven sales track record. In 2015, he sold over $4 million in sales and was named Crye-Leike’s top agent in North Georgia and No. 13 in the region. His sales achievements include being a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club for consistently selling annually in excess of $2 million and meeting other stringent requirements.
Mr. Dedmon is a member of the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce and is currently a participant in its Leadership Catoosa program.
