CFC Wins Two, Back in Action This Week

The Chattanooga Football Club soccer teams are coming off league wins this weekend and will be back in action this week.

The men traveled to New Orleans on Saturday and won their fifth straight NPSL league game 1-0. 

Sindre Welo scored the lone goal early in the second half  after a Kieren Bywater free kick. 

Chattanooga is 5-0 in league play. The Chattanooga men have five league games left with two of those this week.  The men travel to Nashville on Thursday and will host Birmingham on Saturday at Finley Stadium.  

The men beat Nashville 2-1 on May 21 at home and took a 1-0 win at Birmingham in their season opener on May 14. 

The Chattanooga FC women traveled to Birmingham on Saturday and came home with a 1-0 win. 

Madison Ricketts scored the game winner for CFC women. 

Chattanooga is 2-2 in league play and will games on Friday and Saturday this week.

They host Memphis City on Friday at Finley and then travel to Nasvhille FC Wolves on Saturday.
