CCS Beats Grundy As Davis Gets First Win

The Chattanooga Christian Lady Chargers had to take a little trip for their first volleyball match on Tuesday, but it was well worth the effort as they beat Grundy County by a quick 3-0 count to give first-year coach Sarah Davis her first win as the CCS leader.

Cassie Curry had 11 kills, Anna Linkous had 15 digs and Bailey Lancaster a dozen assists as the Lady Chargers won by scores of 25-6, 25-10 and 25-21.
