McCallie Student Awarded Scholarship

The Pearl Group, the Kappa Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Trust awarded Edward Ellis, IV a $2,500 scholarship.

This scholarship was made possible from funds raised at this year's Sundresses at Sunset in May held at the Hunter Museum of Fine Arts.

Mr. Ellis is a graduate of McCallie and participated in the 100 Black Men's LIFE Academy and Jazzanooga.

Mr. Ellis will attend Columbia University this fall in New York and is majoring in Jazz and Economics.
