Former Tennessee Temple University Renovated For Redemption School Of Ministry

  • Tuesday, August 23, 2016

Redemption School of Ministry and Redemption Kids School of Ministry is revitalizing the Lee Roberson Center building of the former Tennessee Temple University Campus.

Redemption School of Ministry will be a bible school for pastors, leaders and people desiring to grow in their personal and spiritual development. Evening classes will be offered for students ages 18 and up.

Redemption Kids School of Ministry will be a Christ-centered educational institution that equips students to operate in their unique Kingdom identity spiritually, academically, socially, and physically, said officials. The school will operate three academic phases; discovery (k-2), development (3-5) and deployment (6-12).

Several organizations from the community will be utilizing the building during different times.  Organizers hope that the renovation of this facility is the start to a partnership and the revitalization with the Highland Park community and ultimately downtown Chattanooga.

The official opening will commence with a building dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday at 6 p.m. at 1818 Union Ave.
