Dalton State Announces Soccer Schedule

Dalton State Director of Soccer Kerem Daser announced the 2016 men's schedule Wednesday afternoon as the team held their first practice of the new school year. Roadrunner fans will have a chance to see the team at Lakeshore Park ten times during the regular season.

Shorter University and Lee University will visit for non-counting scrimmage opposition. Shorter University comes to Lakeshore Park pm Saturday, Aug. 20th, at 7:00 p.m. and the Lee Flames will visit on Tuesday, Aug. 23rd at 7:00 p.m. As scrimmage contests, scores and stats from the Shorter and Lee matches will NOT be kept. The Roadrunners then hit the road for Henderson, Tn. where they will play St. Catherine College of Kentucky on Sept. 2nd at 7:00 p.m. and Freed-Hardeman (Tn.) on Sept. 3rd at 5:00 p.m. 

Montreat College (NC) visits Lakeshore Park on Labor Day for a 6:00 p.m. match. The first SSAC contest will be at Brewton-Parker College in Mount Vernon, Ga. on Sep. 29 at 3:00 p.m. The first home SSAC action will be on Oct. 1 against Middle Georgia College at 7:30 p.m.
