Polly Ann Scroggins, 64, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday September 28, 2016 at the family residence.
She was the daughter of the late Pete and Melba Faye Henley Wooden; and was also preceded in death by her son David Bryan Scroggins; and her sister Betty Joe Keith.
She was of the Church of God Faith and was a member of the Riceville Church of God.
Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years David Scroggins; her daughter Tammy Faye Scoggins and her husband Lamar; her son Daniel Scroggins and his wife Michelle; four grandchildren Ashley Lopez, Shana Blair, Sydney Scroggins and Shelby Scroggins; eight great-grandchildren; and a very special niece Natasha McKinney.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Rev. Wallace Scroggins officiating. The interment will follow in the Samples Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery with Daniel Scroggins, Lamar Scoggins, Kenny Scroggins, Dillan Brock, Chuck Wooden and Chris Wooden serving as casket bearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy and Larry Scroggins.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
