Jonathan Dale West, 58, passed away at home on January 11, 2017.

He was an avid fisherman, reader, and guitarist who loved music and life. Jonathan worked for Federal Express for 35 years and leaves many friends and colleagues behind.

He was the son of James West and the late Betty Manners West.

He is survived by his brother, James (Debbie) West, longtime companion, Jincey Chambliss, three daughters, Heather (Joel) Jones, Christine (Marty) Troglen, and Lorien (Charles) Castor, and many grandchildren, all of who were the lights of his life.

A memorial gathering will be held at Chickamauga Lake at 4 p.m. and a potluck celebration of life will be held at St. John UMC Activity Gym at 6 p.m. on Jan. 29.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn.
