Terry W. Blevins, age 51, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life, Monday, October 23, 2017, at a local hospital.
Terry was born Sept. 11, 1966 in Dalton, a son of the late Velani “Sach” and Delores June Blevins.
He is survived by his brothers and sister-in-law, Vonnie Blevins of Dalton, Ronnie and Debra Blevins of Chatsworth, Patrick Blevins of Dalton; sisters and brother-in-law, Edie and Richard Ulery of Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Blevins of Dalton; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Terry W. Blevins will be held Thursday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel.
