Five Star Opens Over 150 Markets So Far In 2017

  • Monday, October 9, 2017

Five Star, an on-site food and beverage provider to employers and other commercial, institutional and educational locations, is entering the final quarter of the calendar year by growing its retail micro market line of business at the fastest pace it has ever experienced. Over 150 markets have been added in the first nine months of the year.

“The opening of our 750th micro market checks off another box on the list of milestones we have for our micro market business,” said Mark Stephanos, vice president of Micro Markets. “Our entire team deserves a great deal of credit for the execution of the scalable, organic growth model we have in place. We are on pace to bring more than 250 markets into our system in this year, and we expect to be operating market number 850 by January.”

During the month of October, as a part of a market promotion, Five Star is giving away 10 55” LED Smart TVs to their customer base.
