ITF World Tennis- Day 4 USA Men in Semis; GB Women Play For Bronze Medal

ITF World Tennis Championships – Miami, Fla.

USA Men 3, Brazil 0: In the Senior Men’s 60s quarterfinals, Wesley Cash and Ross Persons  won in doubles and the Americans also swept both singles matches for the 3-0 win.

The American team plays No.1 Australia Thursday in the semifinals Thursday.

Germany 2, Great Britain 1: In the Senior Women’s 55s, No.5 Germany edged No.4 Great Britain. Sue Webb and her partner won the doubles point, but Germany won both singles matches.

Great Britain plays No.6 Italy Thursday for the bronze medal.
