Lipscomb, Larry Edward

Larry Edward Lipscomb, 77, of Chattanooga, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 18, 2017, at his home in East Brainerd. 

He was born Oct. 31, 1940, in Chattanooga.  Larry was retired from Bell South after 35 years of service.  His great joys were playing bridge with his older son, Andy, at the Chattanooga Bridge Center, fishing with his younger son, Will, at Lake Eufaula, Alabama, cooking and playing with the family cats. 

Larry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rebecca, sons Andy and Will (Amber); grandchildren, Isaac, Shannon, and Jalynne, all of Chattanooga and his sister, Edwina Lipscomb of Fort Oglethorpe.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
