James Luther Wilks, 73, died on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.
A lifelong resident of Chattanooga and Nashville, he was the son of the late Harold J. and Florence J. Wilks. He was preceded in death by one sister, four brothers, one niece grand.parents and other beloved relatives.
He leaves to cherish the precious memories two sisters, Beauty P. (Paul), Nashville, Rubye Wilks (James) Wilson, Chattanooga; one aunt, Eunice Jones of Chattanooga,; several nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews; a host of many beloved friends and relatives.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29. The funeral services will follow immediately at 1 p.m in the chapel with Pastor Billy Church officiating.
