Jacqueline Byers Bell, 80, of Ringgold, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at her residence. A lifelong resident of the Ringgold area, she was a former employee of Mohawk Industries and was a member of Shelter Church in Chattanooga.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Bell; parents, Jarvis Jackson and Julia Ann Josephine Brockman Byers; son, Carl Stephen Brown; sister, Thelma Clark; and brother, Jack Byers.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Ulrick of Ringgold; three sisters, Reba Lee Brown of Ringgold, Faye Garren of Chattanooga and Helen Brown of Dalton; brother, Amos P. Byers of Nashville; two grandsons, Zachary Adam Haddock and Stephen Casey Haddock; three great-grandchildren, Zachary Addison Lee Haddock, Kayla Elizabeth Haddock and Alexa Grace Haddock; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18 in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Sterling Jetton officiating. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
