RADCO Announces First Property In Tennessee

The RADCO Companies (RADCO), one of the nation’s leading opportunistic real estate developers, completed its first acquisition of 2017 with the closing of Mountain Creek apartments in Chattanooga. This is RADCO’s first property in Tennessee, and the company now operates in 10 states.

 

The 296-unit, Class C-plus property has been renamed Radius Mountain Creek.

Radius Mountain Creek will be proudly managed by RADCO Residential, the Company’s proprietary management platform. Radius Mountain Creek is RADCO’s 67th acquisition since 2011 and its third community marketed under its new Radius brand. The rapidly expanding Radius brand underscores RADCO’s belief that its residents’ wants and needs should be the center of focus in all of its day-to-day operations.

Tractor Trailer Overturns On Downtown Freeway, Blocking Eastbound I-24

A traffic trailer overturned on a downtown freeway near rush hour on Wednesday morning, blocking eastbound I-24. It was at Exit 178 at the intersection with U.S. 27. The accident was reported at 6:54 a.m. It was not expected to be cleared until shortly before 10 a.m. TDOT said Eastbound lanes are affected with lanes closed. Westbound lanes are not affected.
