Retired From Brock Candy Company After 30 Years

Sammy L. Campbell, 75, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, went home to be with our Lord, April 3, 2017.

He retired from Brock Candy Company after more than 30 years of service. Sammy was an avid fisherman.

His wife, Shirley Campbell; parents, Chester and Wilma Campbell and a sister, Martha Ann Campbell, preceded him in death.

Sammy is survived by his wife, Teresa “Teri” Campbell; three sons, Sammy (Cheryl) Campbell Jr., Chester (Teresa) Campbell, James (Barbara) Campbell; two daughters, Ginger (Rodney) Denmark, Shirley (Mark) Brumlow; two step-children, Bryan Gilliam and Becky Gilliam; a sister, Jean Collins along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Bishop Calvin Nunley officiating. Burial will follow in Varner Cemetery.

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, and 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday.
