Free Conferences For Caregivers Of Loved Ones With Alzheimer's

November is National Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month.  The Alzheimer’s Association is offering the following free education and awareness events to support those affected and to raise awareness

Conversations About Dementia, a free education conference for caregivers will be offered at two locations on two dates:

 - Tuesday, June 6 from 2-8 p.m. at Westwood Baptist Church, 4001 Georgetown Road in Cleveland.  Featured speakers will be Dr. Matthew Kodsi and Mayor Tom Rowland .

- Thursday, June 1 from  5:30-8 p.m. Central Time at Sequatchie Valley Baptist Association, 300 Cornerstone Dr. in Jasper.  Featured speakers will be Dr. Donald Zeigler and Mayor David Jackson .

The events are free, but registration is required.  For more information and registration, contact the Alzheimer’s Association at 423-265-3600.  Dinner is provided.
