During Mr. Watt’s tenure, Hamilton County has experienced commercial and residential growth in many of the service areas of the WWTA. Mr. Watt’s expertise as an engineer and long time County resident has been invaluable to the leadership he has provided.

WWTA Board Chairman Mike Moon said, “From challenges with aging infrastructure to educating the public about the mission of the organization, Ed Watt has provided consistent leadership and dedication to the WWTA.”
