Native Of Guatemala City Enjoyed Family Life

Blanca Estela Villatoro Galicia De Guerra, 75, of Guatemala, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 207 in Chattanooga.

Blanca was born and raised in Guatemala City.  She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and dedicated homemaker.  She enjoyed spending time with family, decoration stuff, and planting flowers.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Maria Villatoro Velasquez and her granddaughter, Danielita Diaz.

Surviving are her mother, Flora Ernestina Gallicia; husband, Angel Americo Guerra Diaz; daughter, Blanca (Marco Diaz, Jr.) Diaz Guerra; grandson, Danielito Diaz; and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22, at the funeral home with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., prior to the service.  Minister Marco Diaz, Sr. will officiate.

Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to East Brainerd Church of Christ and Hospice of Chattanooga.
