William Harvey Chandler, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Aug. 21, at noon in the South Crest Chapel with Brother Joel Germany officiating. Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors.
