Louise Jones Wade
Louise Jones Wade, age 81, of Dalton, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. and Christine Jones; four sisters, Maggie Clark, Betty Godfrey, Lucille Green and Mae Robinson; and brother, George Jones.
She was a member of Welcome Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert J. Wade of the residence; son, Kenneth Jeffery Wade of Dalton; sisters and a brother-in-law, Martha Sue Melton and Mary and Charles Gray, all of Dalton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Patricia Jones of Calhoun, Jimmy and Claudia Jones of Dalton and Ray Jones of Ringgold; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Wade will be held Friday, Jan. 26, at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Martin and Rev. Randy Postell officiating. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-9 p.m.
