Rosemary Wesson Johnson, age 72, of Lyerly Street, Summerville, Georgia, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, morning in a Rome hospital.
A native of Chattooga County, Georgia, she was born to the late Charles and Jacqueline (Stephens) Wesson on Oct. 17, 1945. She was a member of West Summervile Baptist Church, was retied from inspection department of Salem Mills, and was preceded in death by sister, the late Hazel Millican and stepfather, the late Bud Stephens.
Surviving are daughter, Rhonda Lively; son, Ricky Johnson; grandsons Micah Lively and Zachary (Lauren) Lively; great-grandchildren, Halle Lively, Dana Lee Lively, Bristol Kate Lively, Deacon Cade Lively; sister, Linda Meadows; brothers, Marty Wesson and Robert Compton; aunt and nephew, Frances Ledford and Coleman Ledford; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 24, at 5 p.m. from the Redemption Worship Center, #174 West 1st Street, Summerville, Georgia.
