East Ridge Soccer Survives, Will Play Howard For District Title

The East Ridge Pioneers scored on a penalty kick in the final minute of the game to beat Hixson 4-3 in a district semifinal game on Tuesday at Camp Jordan. 

Rijad Kazic had two goals for East Ridge, Adam Adem and Luis Diaz also scored.   

Hixson led 3-2 at the half.   Hixson's Francisco Perez had two goals and Cergio Maldonado had one.  

HOWARD 2 RED BANK 1  Howard scored two unanswered goals in their win over Red Bank on Tuesday Howard.  The top seed Howard will host East Ridge for the district championship on Thursday at 7 p.m.
