Funeral Is Sunday For Chris Goodine, Who Died In Kayak Accident At Harrison Bay

The funeral service will be Sunday at Silverdale Baptist Church for 27-year-old Chris Goodine, who died Sunday in a kayak accident at Harrison Bay State Park.

He was a graduate of Silverdale Baptist Academy and attended Carson Newman University in Jefferson City, Tn.

He is survived by his parents, Chris and Karen George, brothers Chris Allen Ogle and Benjamin George, and long time girlfriend Ashleigh Renko. 

Public viewing will be from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday at the Church of God Sanctified, 746 1st Street NE, Cleveland, Tn. Public viewing will resume on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at Silverdale Baptist Church, 7236 Bonny Oaks Dr.

The funeral service will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday.
