Long, Gladys Hunt (Wildwood)

Gladys Hunt Long, 91, of Monroe, Ga., formerly of Wildwood, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018. She was lifetime member of the Wildwood United Methodist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry L. Long, Jr.; four brothers; and two sisters. 

Surviving include her son, Donald (Gail) Long of Wildwood; daughter, Etta (Lebron) Abercrombie, of Winder, Ga.; granddaughter, Jamie (Russ) Ulrich, of Wildwood; granddaughter, Jessica (C.J.) Bess, of Wildwood; grandson, Todd Abercrombie, of Monroe, Ga.; grandson, Eddy Abercrombie, of Lawrenceville, Ga.; great-grandchildren, Makayla Smith, Zander Smith, Kane Bess, Jett Bess and Ethan Abercrombie; sister, Betty Ayers, of Wildwood, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18 in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Hooker Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton.
