Upcoming Cleveland Road Closings Announced

Here are upcoming road closings in Cleveland:

A section of 11th Street from North Ocoee Street to Parker Street and 11th Street from Parker Street to Magnolia Avenue will be temporarily closed on Monday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

A small section of Church Street from 8th Street to 11th Street will also be closed on Monday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for Lee University’s Day of Service Event.

Police said a man with three prior DUIs and a revoked license was speeding on Rossville Boulevard early Saturday morning while driving in the wrong direction. Bradley County Inmate Keith McGill Escapes During Hospital Visit

A Bradley County Justice Center inmate who was transported by corrections officers to Tennova Healthcare on Chambliss Avenue, in Cleveland for medical treatment has escaped. At 9:38 p.m., while at the hospital, the inmate fled from the premises. He was wearing an orange jumpsuit and has been identified as Keith McGill, 31. McGill is approximately 6’1”, ...
