Chattanooga Plays Final 2018 Home Game Tuesday Night At AT&T Field

Chattanooga Lookouts pitching staff continued their hot streak tonight, by only allowing one run in nine innings in their 4-1 win over the Jumbo Shrimp.  

Left-handed reliever Casey Crosby opened the game for the Lookouts and struck out three batters in two innings.  

Omar Bencomo came in after and threw five shutout innings.

In the nine games he has not started, Bencomo is 3-1 with a 1.29 ERA.

The offense came alive in the second inning when Andy Wilkins went deep for the fourth time in his last five games. 

Brent Rooker also knocked home a run in the seventh on an RBI double. Rooker now has 32 doubles on the season which is the most by a Lookouts player since 2016. He leads the Southern League in RBIs with 78.

Tuesday is the Lookouts last home game of 2018. Game time for Food City Tuesday is set for 7:15 p.m.
