A woman in Cleveland reported her children, ages 3 and 1, missing. Later, a woman dropped them off after finding them walking in the street.
Cleveland Police said, "At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Cleveland Police officers responded to a residence around the 1700 block of South Church Street. A mother reported that her two youngest children, ages 3 and 1, were missing from the home.
"Additional officers and agencies assisted in searching the area for the children.
"At approximately 1 p.m., investigators were notified that the children were dropped off at the Bradley County Justice Center by a woman. According to the statement of the woman, she observed the children walking in the street, stopped to pick them up and dropped them off at the Justice Center.
"The children were soon reunited with their mother."
Police said it is an ongoing investigation.
