Chattanooga One-Bedroom Rent Rises Over 15 Percent To $900

Chattanooga had the fourth largest year over year growth rate in the nation with one bedroom rent up 15.4 percent, according to a survey by Zumper.com.
 
Chattanooga also climbed 19 spots in the site's rankings of rental rates, moving from 78th to 59th.
 
The average price for a one-bedroom apartment in Chattanooga is now $900. For a two-bedroom, it is $1,020, which is up 14.6 percent.
 
San Francisco topped the list with a one-bedroom renting for $3,490.
