Steven Robert Harrah, 56, passed away suddenly at his home, on February 13, 2020 in San Jose, Calif. He grew up in East Ridge and, after school, went on to serve in the U.S. Navy. After he left the military, he joined the I.B.E.W. Electricians Local 332 and worked in San Jose for 25 years.

His father, Roy R. Harrah, preceded him in death, and a nephew, Alex Richardson, recently passed away.

Steven is survived by his mother, Pat Gill of Chattanooga, his sister, Cindy Harrah Richardson of Signal Mountain, nephew, Hunter Richardson, niece, Anna Richardson, of Signal Mountain.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor LaVerle Coats officiating with Military Honors.
