Catoosa County Animal Control Offers Half-Price Pet Adoptions

  • Tuesday, December 7, 2021

A variety of cats and dogs needing a second chance at life in a loving forever home are available at the Catoosa County Animal Shelter for a half-price adoption fee through noon on Dec. 22. The $30 adoption fee, which is usually $60, includes spay/neuter and a wellness check for the animals.

“We know that people are shopping for family and friends this Christmas season, so we want to make it easier for people to adopt our fur babies,” said Catoosa County Animal Control Director Sheree Horton.

“This is a great opportunity for folks who want to make a life-long commitment of adding a cat of dog to their household.”

The Catoosa County Animal Shelter is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at 101 Allmond Trail in Ringgold. They can be contacted by telephone at 706 935-2454.

Additional information and photographs of available animals can be seen on the Catoosa County Animal Control’s Facebook page.
