Fenix24, a breach recovery company, on Wednesday announced the appointment of longtime advisor and brand architect, Mark Waxman, as the company’s chief marketing officer. His new role as CMO signifies a continuation of his long-standing commitment and impactful contributions to the company and its battalions, said officials.

For nearly five years, Mr. Waxman has operated strategically behind the scenes, offering his expertise as an advisor in both brand development and industry insights to Fenix24 and its related companies, Conversant Group, Grypho5, Athena7 and Argos99.

“I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mark Waxman for over 20 years as he has built nationally impactful brands in the professional services and technology sectors by combining his power of story-telling with his unparalleled vision for impactful marketing,” said Mark Grazman, CEO of Fenix24.  “Since the founding of Fenix24, Mark has been the architect of our marketing and branding helping Fenix24 achieve a remarkably efficient customer acquisition cost fueling our rapid growth.  We are fortunate to have such a dynamic leader at the peak of his career guiding our marketing strategy and further amplifying the Fenix24 brand on a global scale.”

With over three decades of strategic guidance and leadership in marketing, sales, and branding, including more than 20 years navigating corporate governance for public companies like CBIZ and other organizations listed on both NASDAQ and NYSE, Mr. Waxman brings a deep technical understanding and industry insight to his role as CMO. His strategic advisory has also benefited innovative organizations like Joule Case, MycoTechnology, and Propense.AI. This robust foundation will be vital in ensuring Fenix24's evolving solutions and strategic initiatives effectively address critical market needs through clear and impactful communication, said officials.

“Having been deeply involved in the creation of Fenix24, I’m incredibly excited to step into this new role,” said Mr. Waxman. “The company’s unwavering commitment to providing comprehensive breach recovery in a dynamic threat environment is compelling and I'm eager to continue amplifying Fenix24's unique ability to empower organizations to not just recover from cyber disruption, but to emerge with lasting resilience.”
