Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell PLLC Launches With Expanded Leadership And Vision

The newly restructured law firm of Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell, PLLC welcomes Brittany Thomas Faith and Zachery Darnell as named members and announces Joshua P. Weiss as the firm’s new managing member.

Previously providing litigation, criminal defense and real estate law, Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell, PLLC now expands its offerings to include a full-service Immigration Practice Group, led by Brittany Thomas Faith. Ms. Faith brings experience in employment-based and family-based immigration.

Ms. Faith has experience in leadership including serving as an elected director on the AILA Board of Governors. Ms. Faith’s dedication and skill has earned her numerous accolades including the 2021 Joseph Minsky Young Lawyer Award by AILA for her contributions made as a young lawyer in the field of immigration and nationality law, the 2019 “ABA on the Rise- Top 40 Young Lawyers” award, and the 2023 University of Tennessee’s Volunteer 40 Under 40 Award. 

Mr. Darnell joins the firm as a seasoned litigator known for his work in multi-jurisdictional civil litigation. In 2023, Mr. Darnell was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. With a focus on commercial and construction dispute litigation and history of successful trial work, his addition further strengthens the firm’s ability to provide exceptional advocacy and representation across a range of practice areas and jurisdictions, said firm officials.

As part of the firm’s ongoing growth, Mr. Weiss is assuming the role of managing member. His leadership and vision will guide Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell through this new chapter.
