Adelle’s Creperie announces the launch of their French Evening Menu, featuring classic French dishes, curated wines and a cozy ambiance perfect for date night, a relaxed dinner or a special treat, officials said.
Adelle’s Creperie will now simply be known as Adelle’s, offering two distinctly different experiences for daytime and evening: 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (every day) crepes and brunch; and 5-9 p.m. (Tuesday-Friday) French dining.
"We will now be open Tuesday through Friday from 5 p.m.
with a very classic French menu prepared by our chef, Johann Tremor, who was born and raised in Paris, and spent several years honing his skills in the culinary arts in South Beach, Miami before moving to Chattanooga with his family in 2022," officials said.
“It had always been a dream to come to the U.S and start a business,” said Chef Tremor. I met Ken and Carla Pritchard, owners of Adelle’s Creperie (along with their daughter, Adelle) during the French Chamber of Commerce community gatherings. Missing the delicious French baked goods and French cuisine that I was familiar with, we came up with the idea where French cuisine meets Chattanooga at Adelle’s Restaurant.”
